It depends on the type of project and how quickly we receive your content (logo, photos and text). A landing page is the quickest; a system takes longer. We'll give you the delivery date in writing in the proposal.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need: a presentation page isn't the same as an online store or a system. Write to us and we'll send you a clear proposal, showing what you pay once and what you pay every year.
What do I need to get started?
Your logo (if you don't have one, we'll take care of it), a few photos, a list of what you sell and your contact details. If you're missing something, don't worry: we'll help you gather it.
I know nothing about technology. Can you still help me?
Yes, and that's exactly who we work for. We explain everything without technical jargon, and you only decide what has to do with your business. Write to us and we'll talk it over with no commitment.
Do I need to buy a domain? Whose name will it be under?
The domain is your address on the internet (for example, yourbusiness.com). We register and set it up for you, and it stays in your name: it's yours, not ours.
What does maintenance include, and why is it paid every year?
The domain and the security certificate (the padlock in your browser) are renewed every year, and someone has to check that everything keeps working. Maintenance covers that, plus backups, protection rules, and content changes. We tell you the cost from the proposal, so there are no surprises in the second year.
