CODEHSA is the trade name under which we offer software development, website and technology infrastructure services from Honduras. You can write to us at [email protected].

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover the use of this website: browsing it, reading its content and sending us information through its forms.

They do not govern the services you may hire from us. Each project is governed by its own proposal and contract, which define scope, timelines, prices, warranties and responsibilities. If anything here contradicts what is agreed in a contract, the contract prevails.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, we ask that you do not use it.

3. The information on the site is for guidance only

The descriptions of services that we publish are meant to give you an idea of what we do. They are not a binding offer or a quote. A commitment from us exists only when we send you a formal written proposal and you accept it.

The same applies to products that we announce as in development or in design: they are ongoing projects. Publishing them does not obligate us to launch them, neither by a specific date nor with the features described. If you leave your email so we can let you know, we will tell you if the product becomes available.

4. Acceptable use

By using this site you agree not to:

Try to access parts of the site or of our systems that are not public.
Look for vulnerabilities, scan or test the security of the site without our written authorization.
Extract content in bulk or in an automated way without our permission.
Use our forms to send advertising, unlawful content or another person's data without their consent.
Interfere with the normal operation of the site or deliberately overload it.

We apply automatic protection measures and may block access for anyone who does any of the above, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, graphics, logos, images and code of this site are ours or are used with authorization, and are protected by Honduran intellectual property law and by applicable international treaties.

You may read, share, link to and quote the content as long as you credit the source. You may not reproduce it, adapt it or use it for commercial purposes without our written authorization. The CODEHSA brand and logo may not be used without our permission.

Ownership of what we develop for a client is defined in that project's contract, not here.

6. Third-party links and services

The site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp and social media, and relies on external providers described in our Privacy Policy. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or operation.

7. Availability of the site

We try to keep the site available and up to date, but it is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or be free of errors, and we may modify, suspend or withdraw it at any time.

8. Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this website, nor for decisions you make based solely on its informational content.

This limit refers to the website. Our liability for the services you hire is whatever the corresponding contract establishes, and nothing said here reduces or replaces it.

9. Privacy

How we process the data you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Honduras, unless a contract signed between the parties provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update them. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page and change the date in the heading. Changes apply from the moment they are published, and we recommend reviewing them from time to time.
