Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through codehsa.net, what we use it for, who we share it with and what you can ask us about it. It is written to be understood without technical or legal knowledge.
1. What information we collect
We only collect what you voluntarily give us when you fill out one of our forms. We do not build profiles or buy data from third parties.
On the contact form:
- Name and email address (required).
- WhatsApp number and your company name (optional).
- The service you are interested in, when you need it, and whether you are starting from scratch or want to improve something that already exists.
- How you prefer us to contact you.
- The message you write to us, if you choose to write one.
On the products form:
- Email address (required) and name (optional).
- Which products you are interested in and what kind of business you have.
When you request the free consultation:
- Name and WhatsApp or phone number (required).
- Email, business name and type of business (optional).
- What you have today (social media, a website or a system), what time you prefer us to contact you and anything else you want to tell us.
In the message at the bottom of the pages:
- Name and email address (required); WhatsApp number (optional).
- What you write to us and the page you sent it from.
The consultation form and the final message form cannot be sent unless you tick the box agreeing to us using that data under this policy.
In addition, simply by visiting the site, our infrastructure provider records technical data such as your IP address, the browser you use and the pages you visit. This happens on every website and helps us protect it from attacks.
2. What we use it for
- To answer your inquiry, schedule the consultation if you requested it and prepare a proposal.
- To let you know when a product you selected becomes available, if you asked us to.
- To provide the services you end up hiring.
- To understand which sections of the site are used most, so we can improve it.
- To protect the site from abusive access.
We do not send unsolicited advertising or use your data for anything other than the above.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your data. To run the site we rely on specialized providers that process information on our behalf:
- Form processing — what you type into a form is received by a function of ours that runs on the same infrastructure that delivers the site. Before accepting it, it checks that it comes from a person and not from an automated program. Then an email delivery service puts it in our inbox.
- Email — our email provider hosts the inbox where we receive your messages and from which we reply to you.
- Site security and delivery — a provider protects the site against attacks and denial of service, and delivers it from servers close to each visitor. It processes the technical connection data described in section 1.
- Appointment scheduling — if you book your consultation online, you do it on a scheduling provider's page, outside this site. That provider receives your name, your email, the time you choose and anything you write when booking, and shares it with us to handle the appointment. Its page has its own terms and cookies.
- Visit measurement — an analytics tool that measures in aggregate and without cookies, as explained in section 4.
These providers may only process the data to provide their service to us, and not for their own purposes. Some have their servers outside Honduras, mainly in the United States, so your data may be processed there. If you need to know which ones, write to us at [email protected] and we will tell you.
We may also hand over information when a competent authority legally requires it.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not track you across different websites. That is why you will not see a cookie banner.
To know how many visits we receive, we use an analytics tool that measures in aggregate and without cookies. We cannot identify you from those measurements.
On pages with a form, a security check looks at technical signals from your browser to tell a person from an automated program. It almost always works without you noticing, and it does not use tracking cookies.
5. How long we keep it
If your inquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we keep your data for 12 months and then delete it.
If you become a client, we keep the information for as long as the relationship lasts and for any additional time required by applicable accounting and tax obligations.
6. Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data of yours we have.
- Correct any data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete the data we hold about you.
- Stop using it to contact you.
Write to us at [email protected] and we will reply. We do not charge for handling these requests.
7. How we protect your data
The site is delivered fully encrypted (HTTPS), and we apply technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration or loss of information. No system is infallible, but we work to keep the risk as low as possible.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change it, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date in the heading. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
